So you’re probably thinking…um healthy fast food?  Can we say oxymoron?  Ha.  A few years back and you’d be right.  There wasn’t too many healthy choices at your typical fast food joint.  Any long road trips, layovers in airports, and you’d have slim pickings for any healthy food options.

But!  The past few years have brought a lot of changes to the giants of the fast food business.  They’ve finally caught on that calorie and fat-laden food choices are not cutting it with consumers.  They needed to make a lot of big changes to their menus, the foods they used and their cooking techniques.  And they did (somewhat).   So if you’re going to be driving for the holidays or taking long flights, here are some quick facts of the most popular fast food restaurants for their healthiest food options!
