Cooking With Tempeh

Tempeh is an old, but newly popular, vegetarian source of protein.   Through my plant-based recipe experiments in the kitchen, I’ve come to really love tempeh.  It has a the wonderful ability to take on any flavor, has a great texture and is an extremely versatile protein.  It’s a perfect replacement for meat in many of my dishes! tempeh reuben, vegetarian reuben, reuben sandwich, vegetarian sandwiches

    I’ve actually never cooked with tempeh, so this post is super helpful for newbies like me!! All these recipes look absolutely mouth-wateringly delicious! Must tempeh it up!

    I cooked tempeh once and I wasn’t a fan. I will have to try it again!
