Chili Lime Vinaigrette

Vary the amount of oil or vinegar to desired tartness.

  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • zest from 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup chili infused canola or vegetable oil (if you do not have chili oil, use vegetable oil and add ¼-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp each salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp cumin
  1. Place ingredients into a tupperware or jar with a tight fitting lid.
  2. Shake vigorously until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Taste dressing, and adjust seasonings as necessary.
  4. Dressing will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
