Creamy Overnight Oats

  • ⅓ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup low fat vanilla greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)
  • ⅓ cup skim milk (or alternative milks)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • a pinch of salt
  • ½ cup fresh fruit
  • Additional toppings: cinnamon, bee pollen, granola, nuts or dried fruit
  1. Mix together the oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds and salt in a tupperware or medium sized mason jar. Stir until well combined.
  2. Store oat mixture in the fridge for at least 4-6 hours or ideally overnight. Oats will be ready to eat the next morning! Top with ½ cup of your favorite fruit and other favorite oatmeal toppings!
