  • 3 tbsp fresh meyer lemon juice
  • Zest from 1 meyer lemon
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp of mayonnaise
  • ½ cup good quality extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp each salt and pepper
  1. Place all ingredients in a tupperware or jar with tight fitting lid.
  2. Shake vigorously until ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Taste and adjust for seasonings.
  4. Dressing will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
