Vary the amount of oil or vinegar depending on desired tartness.

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 rounded tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup good quality extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp each salt and pepper
  1. Place all ingredients in a tupperware or jar with tight fitting lid.
  2. Shake vigorously until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Taste and adjust for seasonings.
  4. Dressing will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
