- 2 heads garlic
- 3 tbsp good quality olive oil
- Preheat oven at 375.
- Cut off the top ½ inch of the garlic head exposing most of the cloves.
- Make a little bowel out of heavy duty aluminum foil and nestle each head into the foil.
- Drizzle liberally with olive and close up foil packet tightly.
- Roast at 375 for 45- 1 hour.
