A citrus filled salad to brighten up any winter day!

  • 2 ruby-red grapefruits - segmented
  • 2 blood oranges - segmented
  • ½ Honeycrisp apple - or other sweet apple
  • ½ cup grapes, sliced
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  1. Peel the grapefruit and oranges. Segment each fruit and put slices in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Cut apple into paper-thin slices. Mix in bowl with citrus fruits to prevent browning.
  3. Add cinnamon and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Serve at room temperature.
